2025 Workplace Posters

We are pleased to announce that for the first time in years, no changes have been made to the federal and state workplace posters.

Please continue to use the 2024-2025 all-in-one workplace poster we provided last year. While supplies last, we have additional complimentary copies.

The poster contains each of the required Federal and Washington State posters. Please post it in a visible location that is accessible to all employees. You will need to post a minimum wage poster if you work in cities that require one like Seattle or SeaTac.

Our goal is to help lower your overall cost of workers’ compensation and stay in L&I compliance. These posters support that mission by reducing the risk of a regulatory violation that could come with financial penalties.

Below are links directly to the federal and WA state websites as well as a summary of what is required and what the penalties are for not posting.

For your convenience, all of the required posters are included in our All-in-One poster  except  the ones that have no penalty and the H2A and MSPA posters because there is no space available on the poster and they are not applicable to everyone. Please use the links below to verify that all posters are covered for your particular company.

Federal Required Posters

• Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA/Minimum Wage)
  • No citations or penalties for failure to post.

  • Job Safety and Health Protection Employers in states operating OSHA-approved state plans should obtain and post the state’s equivalent poster.

  • Willful refusal to post may result in a civil money penalty by the Wage and Hour Division not to exceed $100 for each separate offense.
