The Stay-at-Work Program
The Stay-at-Work Program reimburses employers when they provide light-duty jobs to injured workers. Eligible employers can be reimbursed for 50% of the worker’s wages for up to 66 light-duty working days (maximum $10,000). The key requirement for reimbursement is an approved light-duty job description.
