2026 Workplace Posters
We are pleased to provide an all-in-one collection of workplace posters. The poster contains each of the required Federal and Washington State posters.
Please post it in a visible location that is accessible to all employees. While supplies last, we have additional complimentary copies for your job sites or remote offices (10 maximum). You will need to post a minimum wage poster if you work in cities that require one like like Bellingham, Burien, Everett, King County (unincorporated areas), Renton, SeaTac, Seattle, and Tukwila (scroll to the bottom of this page for more information).
Our goal is to help lower your overall cost of workers’ compensation and stay in L&I compliance. These posters support that mission by reducing the risk of a regulatory violation that could come with financial penalties.
Clients: If you would like Approach to mail you a complementary All-in-One Workplace poster please complete the form below. Posters will be available to ship the last week of January.

For your convenience, all of the required posters are included in our All-in-One poster except the ones that have no penalty and the H2A and MSPA posters because there is no space available on the poster and they are not applicable to everyone.
